If you are a Second Chef or an experienced chef looking to take the next step in your career who can master the grill, work the line and manage a team the we would love to hear from you......
Our Sous Chefs work closely with the Head Chef supporting them in managing the kitchen and the team.
We cook everything on our menu fresh on site, we are looking for someone who can work at a fast pace with a great eye for detail and who takes pride in the food they cook.
You will need be a friendly team player, lead a team have strong interpersonal skills and adaptable enough to work on any section within the kitchen.

Back in 1995 after several trips to Nashville Tennessee and the lone star state of Texas the Cox family opened the first Smith & Western with a mission to spread some of that easy-going Southern hospitality and wholesome food they came to love. From the success of the first restaurant Smith & Western has gone onto opening its doors across the South East of England spreading its good food, cold beers, blended cocktails and great western atmosphere to the millions.
