Job Details
Are you seeking afternoon/evening office-based work to fit around your college or university commitments? If so, Red Flag Recruitment have the ideal opportunity in Brighton for you!
This is a temporary ongoing role with the potential to go permanent.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage outbound calls to business clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Update client details on the CRM systems as required.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Send through information via email.
Qualifications required:
- Excellent customer service/rapport building skills.
- Must be professional in appearance, tone and delivery and an effective communicator.
- Dedicated and results driven.
- Very detail oriented.
- Flexibility as it relates to schedule, responsibilities and priorities.
- The ability to interact with management/team leaders and colleagues.
- Must be an exceptional listener.
- Strong organisational skills.
- The ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
Monday to Friday: 3.30pm - 11.00pm.
Salary: £8.21/hr Weekly pay + commission/bonuses.
