Red Flag Recruitment are seeking motivated and experienced candidates to join our client’s team in Brighton.

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Some flexibility on days but MUST be available to work Mondays and Friday).

Working Hours: 3.30pm -11.00pm.

Pay: £8.21/hr Weekly pay + bonuses.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities:

  • Must demonstrate professional business practices.
  • Must have effective verbal and written communications skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and respond with a sense of urgency as required.
  • Detail oriented and excellent organisational skills.

Requirements of a Telemarketing Assistants:

  • Experience in administration/telephone experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work very independently and under deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems.
  • Strong ability to multi‐task and prioritise tasks.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong organisational skills.
