Job Details
Red Flag Recruitment are seeking experience Inbound Telephone Customer Agents to join an office based in Brighton.
Your role as an Inbound Telephone Customer Service Agent will involve answering incoming customers calls, assisting them with information on educational services, verifying documentation and guiding them through the application.
Previous telephone experience is 100% essential.
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 9.00am - 5.00pm (flexibility on hours).
Salary: Between £21,000-£30,000 OTE + Team bonus.
Requirements of an Inbound Telephone Customer Service Agent:
- Professional telephone manner.
- Previous experience within an account management/recruitment role is a MUST.
- Ability to build rapport with customers.
- Degree educated is preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Highly motivated and reliable.
