My client based near Haywards Heath are currently looking for an experienced and competent Senior IT Support Engineer (competent in 2nd and 3rd Line) to join their team. The organisation are a very successful MSP with a small and friendly team. They require someone with a very high level of technical competency to act as the last line of technical knowledge within the team. This is a fats moving and fun working environment so you must be able to work using your own initiative, as well as be on hand to assist any less experience issues with technical issues they are struggling with. Skills required to be considered for this role are:

* 2nd & 3rd line Support

* Experience with network troubleshooting and firewall issues

* Active Directory and Group Policy knowledge

* Resolve escalated queries from the 1st/2nd line
