I am the proud new owner of a Residential Care Home for Older Adults in the Hove area of Brighton. We are looking for dedicated Night Healthcare Assistants with a passion to deliver top quality care to join our newly formed team here in Hove.

I took over this home at the beginning of 2019, after previously owning a Domiciliary Homecare company. The Home had been neglected by its previous owners and had some bad press, so it has been my mission to turn the home into a fantastic, homely, place for our residents and future residents. We have made great progress and introduced lots of positive changes, including refurbishment of most of the rooms and introduction of lots of activities which our residents are loving. We have employed new care staff, chefs, cleaners who are enjoying working in such a positive environment!

Night Healthcare Assistants – No Experience Necessary just the passion to want to Care!

• £9.00 - £10.00 per hour.
• Night Shifts hours are 20:00pm – 8.00am

We are proud of our home from home environment and the support which we provide for older people living with dementia and poor mobility. We are also proud of the daily activities and our holistic approach to care which we carry out daily to help our residents to relax and feel comfortable. Our residents enjoy looking at photographs and listening to music as this help them to remember the good times.
