Logic 360 is a leading recruiter in the automotive industry and has a great opportunity for an experienced professional looking to join an innovative and agile company as a Fleet Service Advisor for one of our major prestige clients in Bognor Regis.

Key Accountabilities:

Monitoring/ tracking the fleet mailbox and open job cards
Raising job cards from a SharePoint request or email
Timing up labour, invoicing and filing away closed Job cards
Being the main contact for vehicle progress fleet workshop enquires
Liaising with UR-V-O fleet controller and workshop controller
Liaising with the workshop controller to schedule workshop times
Managing the workshop booking diary
Making sure all fleet vehicles are ready to go for booking
Scheduling vehicles back into the workshop for back ordered parts to be fitted
Submitting warranty claims and monitoring warranty corrections and amending claims
Managing the e-tag tracking system logging vehicle on/off the system
Loading the valet team with daily tasks
Supporting parts department duties such as looking parts up on EPC ordering and receiving goods in and replenishing stock
Tracking ordered and back ordered parts
Gaining authorization for repairs as required
Contact with the body shop or spot repair, monitoring vehicles that are off site for repair authorizing estimates with cost centres and logging body repairs carried out on fleet DMS
Monitoring of puma system ensuring puma cases are closed off at point of invoice / claims
Reporting vehicle damage images to fleet owner after vehicle returns from loan

Skills/ Experience required:

2+ years' experience working in a service advisor or express service advisor capacity
Must have experience working with these systems: Kerridge drive software experience and Warranty/ excel and systems
Extensive knowledge of Kerridge drive system
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Full Clean Driving licence
Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.
Ability to work to deadlines and targets.
