Alexander Lloyd are pleased to be working with a fantastic well established travel organisation based near Gatwick on an Interim Recruitment Administrator position for an initial 4-6 weeks.

The ideal candidate will have very strong administration skills with the ability to manage and prioritise own work load, due to the fast paced environment of the team.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Pre-interview and screen prospective candidates for a variety of different roles within the business.
  • Preparations of interviews with Talent Acquisition Partners ensuring all candidates are fully prepared.
  • Working closely with senior management and global HR team to fully understand recruitment needs.
  • Handle ad-hoc administration duties from the HR team as and where needed.


Skills/Experience:

  • Previous experience of working within a fast paced recruitment role.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage own work load.
  • Flexibly working style in order to support different people and changing briefs
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
