Working week 

Monday - Friday 08.30am – 17.00pm (30 mins for lunch)

Total hours per week: 40.00

Weekly wage £174.00 - £328.40

Expected duration 15 months

Vacancy description  

The purpose of the role is to actively contribute to the successful operation of the Services Department, ensuring a proactive approach to communication and support, at all times upholding the values and ethics of the business and promoting a positive company image.

Working as part of a team, in line with the needs of the business and reporting to the Service Manager, duties include, but are not limited to:

Direct communication with customers and colleagues, both verbally and in writing, effectively managing expectations and outcomes Use of company systems and programs such as Microsoft Office, Abillity, CRM and Solar Winds Line, broadband fault logging and management Role-appropriate provisioning – the ordering of telephone lines and broadband services Data downloads such as DED’s (downloads of all call data records to ensure no anomalies) and CDRs (Call Data Records) Management and investigation of network leakage, accuracy of supplier invoicing and identification of loss-making services and calls Network service billing assistance East Sussex College are the Training Provider for this Apprenticeship.

Full training will be given.

GCSE English & maths grade C/4 or above (or equivalent qualifications) are desirable

Potential permanent full-time employment and possible career progression on successful completion of the apprenticeship.

 You must be able to work under pressure.

Wages will be National Minimum Wage according to age.

Under 18              £174.00 per week

18 – 20                 £246.00 per week

21+                       £308.00 per week

Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Functional Skills in maths and English if required East Sussex College will provide the apprenticeship framework which will include Diploma and Functional Skills.
