Are you a skilled ER specialist or HR Generalist with experience in handling circa 25+ ER cases at any one time?

The Role Working with a fantastic team of HR Advisory specialists, you will support a range of ER activity but importantly, be proactively engaging with our operational managers, ensuring that they have the tools, confidence and legislative knowledge to best support their people. Your remit will include the following; Managing case work, including supporting and coaching the line managers on best practice. Providing face to face coaching, advice and support for leaders. Supporting leadership programmes to better equip our leadership population. Working with the HR Advisory Manager to ensure that service and delivery against case work is aligned with operational expectations with effective communication on SLA's. Support the HR Advisory Manager with delivering the employee relations strategy. Reviewing daily, weekly, monthly sickness/absence data, highlighting trends and proactively supports the operation on reducing absence, through highlighting any trends from E/R related issues and supporting the HR Advisory Manager on tackling issue areas through monthly report To ensure all manual and electronic HR systems are maintained, fit for purpose and compliant with auditing requirements. To provide ad hoc support to Head of HR Shared Services and HR Advisory Manager as required including support ad hoc department projects, providing subject matter expert input. Required experience Substantial previous face to face Employee Relations experience in specialist or generalist capacity. Comprehensive knowledge of HR processes and systems. Able to effectively use Microsoft Office tools including; Excel, Word and Powerpoint. CIPD qualified or, working towards this. Preferably you will have Employee Relations experience within a contact centre, retail or regulated capacity Personal attributes As a growing business, your role can really help make an impact on both the development and delivery of this function - it will be exciting, busy, varied and challenging so a roll sleeves up, hands-on approach is an absolute must. Natural problem solver who communicates effectively to all stakeholders.
