Demi Chef De Partie

Our client is a relaxed bistro style restaurant within a 4-star hotel in Chichester.

Working as part of a brigade, the main duties of the Demi Chef de Partie will be to ensure high standards of efficiency in the running of their given section, delivering amazing quality dishes using local organic produce, including award winning meats and cheeses fresh from their own Estate Farm.

The Demi Chef de Partie will:

  • Be passionate about delivering excellent food every time.
  • Be enthusiastic and a great team player.
  • Have good knife skills and some basic kitchen experience would be advantageous.

The Demi Chef de Partie will receive:

  • A competitive salary of up to £20,000 plus tips and paid overtime
  • Training and development opportunities within the onsite butchery and cheese making departments.

  • Temporary onsite accommodation may be available if relocating.

The Demi Chef de Partie will be employed on a full-time contract, working 40 hours per week. Shifts are on a rota basis, working five days out of seven.

Due to the rural location, having your own reliable transport is essential.
