Job Details
Full-Time (37 hours per week)
We are seeking to appoint a Sales Manager in the Enterprise Department, your main responsibilities will be to meet and exceed College wide commercial income targets set within the Enterprise curriculum and also to manage sales targets and performance. You will also be required to work with Curriculum areas to identify and exploit new initiatives and opportunities in order to meet key performance indicators and financial income targets. This will include writing and implementing an employment engagement strategy. Developing external relationships with local partners and employers to help generate new income opportunities will also be a key area or responsibility.
You will require a track record of sales management experience and a proven track record in driving transformational quality improvement in teaching, learning and assessment in the FE sector. You will also need commercial awareness with a track record of innovation and success and in meeting challenging commercial income targets within a pressured environment.
