We are seeking to appoint an operator within our Greater Brighton Skills company to support the Contact Centre’s monthly sales targets in respect of all lines of business by adopting a range of communication methods including, but not exclusively, website or telephone enquiries, online networking and marketing activities.

Also to provide a day to day customer liaison service role ensuring the company captures the destination data and/or the job outcome achievements of students who have recently left a programme supported by the company and/or its college clients.

You should have significant previous customer service experience preferably within a contact centre environment with the ability to confidentially work on your own initiative.  You will also need excellent IT, communication and organisational skills.

Greater Brighton Skills Co. was created as part of a collaboration between City College Brighton and Northbrook College to promote and market a full suite of work related training.
