Job Details
Red Flag Recruitment are seeking an experienced IT Sales Administrator to join a company based near Shoreham-by Sea.
Your role as an IT Sales Administrator will involve answering and performing outbound calls, account management for new and existing customers, responding to and following up sales enquiries by email and telephone and dealing with Goods in, stock and organising couriers.
The ideal candidate will have experience in producing sales quotas and customer sales orders, be highly motivated and be comfortable working within a fast-paced environment.
Requirement of an IT Sales Administrator:
- Professional telephone manner.
- 2+ years’ experience in telesales/sales experience.
- Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- A team player with high level of dedication.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Working Days: Monday to Friday (37.5/hour week).
Salary: Up to £24,000/annum.
