Business Administration Apprentice in Bexhill

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Administration Assistant to join a successful and growing business, currently working to develop two further international brands. The successful candidate will help to sustain and further this growth as part of their role.

Working week: Monday - Friday 0900 - 1700. 35 hours per week

Salary: £175 a week

Expected duration: 12-18 Months (during the duration of the apprentice). Subject to review upon completion


East Sussex College will provide the apprenticeship framework which will include Diploma, Functional Skills. East Sussex College will ensure Health & Safety, and Equality & Diversity.

Day to day, on the job training will be provided by JT Embroidery, although not a specified external course.

About the Employer: 

JT Embroidery provide embroidery and heat-press printing services of world-class quality, together with branded workwear, sportswear and leisurewear to organisations of all sizes, both locally and nationwide. JT Embroidery currently employs 5 members of staff, and are looking to recruit an apprentice to help facilitate further expansion of the business, as part of the wider JT Embroidery Group.

Vacancy description: 

The successful applicant will help to play a vital role in assisting with the day to day running of the organisation.  You will be expected to deliver your responsibilities efficiently, whilst at the same time showing a positive attitude and a proactive approach to developing your skills.

Key duties will include:

  • Assisting the director with day to day business processes
  • Co-ordinating emails and sales requests
  • Sales and marketing, including raising business profile through social media
  • Assisting with product data quality
  • Assisting with order management

Full training will be given

East Sussex College are the Training Provider for this Apprenticeship
