The Property Manager is a brand ambassador for the company, so you must have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and solid property management experience.

If you were working for them, here are some of the Property Manager tasks you would have done last week:
* Investigated and resolved queries and problems from clients
* Advised and recommended courses of action on a range of property issues
* Liaised with third party supplier to arrange works to be undertaken
* Negotiated between landlords and tenants

Required Property Management skills:
Previous lettings experience is essential and at least two years of working in a similar role. Strong knowledge of current lettings regulations, legislative acts and lettings and property management processes is critical. You should be a fast learner and have a natural drive for hitting sales targets.
