An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 registered nurse to join the Learning Disabilities Health Facilitation team. This role aims to improve the quality of care received by individuals with learning disabilities in acute hospital settings, and help facilitate open and easy access for people to general hospital services. The post will provide liaison services for residents of West Sussex who access St Richard's Hospital in Chichester, and the local community hospitals.

At the interview candidates will be asked to give a five minute presentation on "How the Acute Liaison Nurse can support a person with learning disabilities throughout their hospital journey."
