Salary: NJC Grade 5 point 12 to 17: £22,183 - £24,491 pro rata
Actual Starting Salary: £19,047.51

Varndean School requires an enthusiastic, committed and outstanding Reception Team Leader to cover a period of maternity leave. The successful applicant would be expected to provide support to management, lead reception and liaise with a wide range of stakeholders, including visitors and parents.
The Reception area is a busy and productive part of the School. The successful applicant should have a proven track record of managing a fast-paced customer-facing working environment with competing demands, whilst supporting and developing their team.
