An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced nurse to join our Lymphoedema Service. The team covers Brighton and Hove, and the beautiful coastal area of West Sussex.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of high quality evidence-based care for patients with lymphoedema. The ability to work autonomously and manage your own caseload in the community is essential. Excellent communication skills are also required, as you will need to liaise closely with members of the multidisciplinary team including consultants, GPs, and other healthcare professionals.

As a Band 6 Lymphoedema Practitioner, you will be expected to work flexibly and independently within our supportive team, covering all aspects of first class service delivery. This is a demanding but enjoyable role, which will give you the opportunity to develop your career in a varied post, working across primary and secondary care boundaries within a multidisciplinary team.
