Are you a BABCP-accredited CBT Therapist and Supervisor looking for their next step?

This is a fantastic opportunity for an accredited CBT Therapist/Clinical Psychologist/Counselling Psychologist and qualified Supervisor to work in a high-performing IAPT service, working with adults aged 18+.

As a senior team member you will be able to use your skills, knowledge, enthusiasm and commitment to provide psychological therapies in a role where you can influence the development of both clinicians and services in addition to holding your own caseload.

We are a highly successful and well-established team of Psychological Therapists working in GP practices and community venues providing a range of NICE compliant psychological therapies, including Step 3 high intensity psychological interventions, across the north of West Sussex. Time To Talk is an IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies) service, nationally one of the highest-performing services of its kind, and has a reputation for clinical excellence, innovation, and collaborative working with secondary care and voluntary services.

The multidisciplinary team consists of CBT Therapists, Counsellors, Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners, Administrators and Employment Advisors. We are commissioned to provide services from 8am to 8pm and all staff are required to contribute 7.5 hours cover over this daily time frame.

This post is based in Crawley, and you must be willing and able to travel across West Sussex as required.
