This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join the Phlebotomy service.

You will be responsible for providing administrative support to all team members. This is to include the use of computerised information systems, word processing, developing and maintaining filing systems, being the first port of call by telephone for patients, and arranging clinics. The successful candidate will have had two years' previous administrative/clerical experience including at least one year in a health or social care environment.

Excellent communication skills and a clear understanding of procedures in relation to data protection/confidentiality are essential. Highly developed organisational/time management skills, good team working skills, and the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the team are also vital, as you will be expected to work to tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
