Maintenance Manager - Schools
Temp (£17.50+ p/h)
An opportunity for a Maintenance / Premises Manager managing a team of Premises Officers across three schools in Crawley. Ideally seeking a Maintenance / Premises Manager with PFI experience.
As a Maintenance Premises Manager you will be:
* Managing a team of Premises Officers
* Contract Management / Meetings
* Arranging Quotes
* Liaising with the School regarding improvements
* Performance reviews, disciplinary, Investigations.
This is an ongoing temp role (9 - 12 months) with an hourly rate on offer of £17.50, which would work out to be circa £32,000 on a permanent basis.
