An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join our Healthy Child Programme (HCP) team, based in Horsham in West Sussex. This is a full time post.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the 0-5 Healthy Child Programme, working alongside Health Visitors and the clinical staff as part of a friendly and supportive administrative team.

You will need to be enthusiastic, organised, efficient and able to work both as part of a team and by using your own initiative.

You should be familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and possess good administrative skills with the ability to learn new systems. The interview will include Word and Excel tests. Full training will be given on our in-house technology and electronic patient record-keeping systems. Duties will include dealing directly with clients and other professionals on the phone and you will need to be confident in prioritising your workload in a busy vibrant office, as this role requires a capacity to multi-task.
