Job Details
Greater Brighton Metropolitan College is the top FE college in Sussex for achievement (all ages and levels), with five campuses across Brighton, Worthing and Shoreham. On its road to ‘outstanding’, the College is looking to appoint a dynamic, proven leader to join the Executive Team in a new post of Vice Principal.
You will be an expert at inspiring staff and delivering high quality curriculum provision in all areas of activity; enabling progression opportunities to further study or employment, and ensuring that stakeholders’ needs are clearly reflected within the curriculum offer.
You will have had extensive experience at executive level in an FE setting and will be committed to providing influential, visible, insightful and effective leadership to the College’s Senior Leadership Team.
