Warehouse Operatives

Currently seeking Warehouse operatives for a Manufacturer and distributor of Plastic Safety Visors, Shields and component products in the Small Dole area.

Due to their continued growth, we are looking for a production operative who will focus on the picking and packing of products.

You should be able to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment with a positive attitude towards working and helping the business grow.

Due to our rural location own transport is required

Responsibilities:

Pick and pack goods from order sheets

To operate automated packing machinery

Achieve standard output rates, quality criteria and to follow our policies

Maintain a clean and tidy working area

To offer and engage in any improvement activities

Adherence to health and safety regulations

Requirements:

Teamwork experience

An understanding of the factory environment and processes or willingness to learn

Calculation of product packing requirements

Attention to detail (defect of parts)

Experience working in a manufacturing environment

Ability to work in a fast-paced continuous improvement environment
