This role involves providing IT support by remote access, telephone assistance & on-site maintenance/support. We use a helpdesk system to log and manage support tickets. We offer all kinds of IT services & it would be an excellent opportunity for a Level 3-4 IT Apprentice to gain a knowledge in a broad range of IT support services & platforms.
Weekly wage £187.50
Working week Monday to Friday, 09:00am to 5:00pm with a 30 minute lunch break. There will be college day release once a week
Total hours per week: 37.50
Expected duration: 15 months Possible start date: 08 Feb 2021 Apprenticeship level: Advanced Level 3 (A level)

This position involves providing support by a mixture of remote access, telephone assistance and on-site maintenance/support. We use a helpdesk system to log and manage support tickets. We offer all kinds of IT services and this would be an excellent opportunity for a Level 3-4 IT Apprentice to gain a wealth of knowledge in a broad range of IT support services and platforms. As we are a growing company, this will be a real foot in the door to secure yourself permanent career in IT following successful apprenticeship.

Please note that you will be required to be DBS checked (fee will be covered). A clean DBS record will be essential for this position, due to the nature of some of our clients; schools, care homes etc.
