This role involves providing IT support by remote access, telephone assistance & on-site maintenance/support. We use a helpdesk system to log and manage support tickets. Weekly wage £187.50

Working week Monday to Friday, 09:00am to 5:00pm with a 30 minute lunch break. There will be college day release once a week

Total hours per week: 37.50

Expected duration: 15 months Possible start date: 08 Feb 2021 Apprenticeship level: Advanced Level 3 (A level)​
