We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 3 Healthcare Assistant to join Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust.
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and dynamic person to join our team; a motivated individual looking for a rewarding role in a service that makes a difference.
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will become part of our professional and friendly Lewes Foundry Primary Care Network (PCN) team. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding care to all of our patients.
The team is both friendly and supportive, with a strong commitment to providing a high standard of care.
We recognise that to provide exceptional care to our patients, we need exceptional staff - and that could be you.
This is an ideal opportunity for anyone looking for a career within healthcare or an existing Band 3 Healthcare Assistant who wants to develop their clinical knowledge and practice within the community, for a fixed term of one year.
