The Sussex MSK Partnership

The role of the Patient Care Advisor

Our Patient Care Advisors are the main point of contact for patients accessing our service, playing a critical role in stewarding patients through the service at all stages to ensure that we offer an efficient and effective service.

The successful candidate for this post will be mainly based in Crawley Hospital with a requirement to work across site in Horsham Hospital, working 37.5 hours a week as part of the busy MSK Administration team based in the Musculoskeletal and Physiotherapy department. You will be bright and enthusiastic with an upbeat personality, excellent communication skills and some experience of using computer systems. Experience with using a computerised appointments system would be helpful, but is not essential as full training will be provided. The role is fixed term for six months.
