Role: Branch Partner - Estate Agency
Salary: up to £40,000 with OTE of £90,000
Location: Maidenhead
Description:
* Contribute and support the Area Director with area strategies and growth
* Build and develop an effect area team through setting objectives and standards of performance
* Regular reviews on financial results against plans and budgets
* Maintain and growth as an area leader
* Manage recruitment and retention of the area
* Management of the branch and remote partners
Experience and skills required:
* Estate Agency and specifically Branch Management experience where you have been involved in managing/supporting more than one branch
* Strategic management experience
* Excellent communication and people management skills
* Understanding of the local area and market trends
