An exciting opportunity has arisen for the right people to join our Responsive Services team working across the city of Brighton and Hove.

Brighton and Hove Responsive Services are a multidisciplinary team who provide assessment, short term care and treatment to support hospital discharges and prevent avoidable hospital admissions. The successful candidates will work under the instruction and guidance of the therapy and nursing staff, providing reablement and care to people in their own homes.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who want to work with people and provide personalised care, so whilst we welcome applicants who have an NVQ in healthcare, not having a recognised qualification is not a barrier to applying. It is your experience and willingness to learn we value.

We are able to provide a supportive environment, flexible working hours and all the training required for your role, as well as opportunities to progress further in your NHS career.

Applicants must be car drivers, and have access to their own vehicle and business insurance
