Our Brighton office has seen exceptional growth in both the specialist and domiciliary care sectors and we are now looking to start up our agency staffing model in line with longer term company strategy. Agency staffing has seen phenomenal growth across our branch network over the last few years and we are now looking to build on that success within Brighton. We operate in four core vertical markets; Learning Disability, Elderly, Mental Health, Children’s and Young Adults with a wide and diverse client base.  Ideally the successful candidate will have previous healthcare recruitment experience, however drive, initiative and ambition are as important as experience. This may well appeal to a successful Consultant who want to take their first move into management. The Role As a start –up this will involve all elements of a 360 degree recruitment role whilst building a team of Consultants. Full Profit & Loss Responsibility for a Business Centre. Contract management of company key accounts. Developing and implementing business development strategies at local level. Developing and implementing recruitment and retention strategies, particularly within the nursing and social care sector. Developing strong relationships with managed vendors. Ensuring company quality systems are being followed and adhered to. Supporting Head Office with invoicing and account queries. Supporting the Sales Director to develop regional and national business development strategies.
