Site Manager (multi) - Ware - £60k + Car allowance/company car
A leading facilities management company with a diverse range of clients has a fantastic position available managing the hard facilities across a couple of pharmaceutical manufacturing sites. You will spend most of your time between Ware, Harlow & Addenbrokes. It's a very prestigious client and you will be managing a large P&L. You must be an effective communicator/leader managing various stakeholders.
The ideal candidate would have managed multiple sites with a complex background, used to dealing with government agencies. You will have experience of leading a multi-functional teams in an environment where asset performance and IFM services is a business critical requirement.
You will need experience of integrated risk management and the methods employed to manage engineering risks, hazards and controls
