Are you a qualified Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) professional looking for your next career step in one of the country's leading IAPT services? Then look no further!

Time to Talk is on an exciting journey of significant investment and expansion. We are looking for IAPT qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners (PWPs) to join our team and help us continue to build on our success and work with a range of adults with anxiety, depression and trauma-related problems in a primary care setting.

Time To Talk is very aware that you want to be happy in your work, supported by your management and clinical leads and surrounded by a friendly, highly competent workforce who will be there for you. We have taken time to create this model and culture in our service.

We're one of the top performing IAPT services in the country, leading the way in the provision of NICE-recommended psychological therapies. We're focused on clinical excellence, innovation and collaborative working in both our Time to Talk core service and our Time to Talk Health long-term conditions service.

We can offer you:

  • Excellent continued learning and development
  • Exciting career development opportunities
  • The chance to be part of a dedicated, professional, engaged and supportive team
  • Regular support, supervision and training
  • The opportunity to be part of a well-established and patient-focused service

To support our sustained period of growth we will have an ongoing recruitment plan as we seek out the best people to complement our teams across our sites in West Sussex.

We are working toward providing our patients with a service between Monday-Friday 8am and 8pm, so you must be willing to work flexible hours.

In response to the recent challenge of COVID-19 we have quickly adapted our service to enable the continued provision of psychological therapies via video platforms and telephone working. Staff have been equipped with laptops and mobile phones, enabling effective home working. As the situation evolves and we return to working from bases we plan to move to a blended way of working, at home and in the community, retaining the innovations that have worked well.
