Conveyancing Assistant (Post Completion)
My client is an expanding Law Firm in the heart of London with other offices covering the North of England. Due to an increased busy period they are looking to recruit a Post Completions Assistant to work within their London office. To be successful in this role you will have come from a conveyancing background and be competent in the post completion duties or have graduated and have completed work experience within the conveyancing field:
Completing transactions for estates and real estate
Dealing with land registry and companies house ensuring all post completions queries are dealt with
Preparing client paperwork
Prepare and submit new applications to the Land Registry
Ensure compliance with the requirements in line with mortgage lenders
Close client case files
This role will be office based and interviews will be conducted in the office.
