The Greater Wealden Primary Care Network (PCN) Community Nursing team are looking for a Community Staff Nurse to join them in Heathfield, covering Heathfield, Uckfield, Buxted and Newick surgeries. The post would suit a dynamic, enthusiastic and motivated individual keen to join a busy and well-established community team.
