Are you a caring and compassionate Occupational Therapist looking for a new challenge?

We're excited to announce that our Community Therapy Hub is expanding across Adur, Arun and Worthing. The hub focuses on rehabilitation and

Reablement, providing holistic care to patients who have been discharged from hospital, and preventing unnecessary readmission through the provision of both therapeutic care and equipment.

This is an excellent time to join the hub as our community therapy services are developing rapidly. We are able to offer a wide range of training and development opportunities tailored to your needs, including:
  • Support from other therapy colleagues across the hub
  • Regular clinical supervision
  • A tailored development programme to support the learning needs of the role
  • A tailored in-service learning programme
  • The opportunity to shape the future direction and clinical practice of the hub

Our ideal candidates will have experience of working in a wide variety of clinical settings, including the community. Excellent organisational and communication skills are required, as the hub works closely with other community teams, GPs, and other health and social care professionals across different providers.

As we are a community service, operating across Adur, Arun and Worthing, applicants will need to be car drivers, with access to a car for work purposes.
