Some exciting opportunities have come up in the Portsmouth area!
A growing company who are going through an exciting period are looking for a number of experienced Contact Centre Team Leaders to join them with a basic salary of £25,000 + bonus!
This is an office based role.
Some of the responsibilities will be but are not limited to:
* Overseeing team performance and quality of work
* Conducting 1-1's
* Holding team meetings
* Reviewing quality of calls
* Driving targets and performance
* Support in the on going training of new starts
* Data analysis and reporting stats to manager
* Day to day team management
What we need from you:
* Contact Centre Team Leader/Supervisor or above experience
* Experience working within a fast paced environment
* Able to motivate a team
* Experience dealing with difficult and different situations
* Self motivator
The hours for these roles work on a rota basis between 7am - 11pm Monday - Sunday.
