DESCRIPTION - 

 

Provides a comprehensive administration function to the Business Line MR Linac Management Team and the BL Functions
Additionally, provides ad-hoc support to Elekta Ltd as and when required

 

RESPONSIBILITIES - 
•    Support to BL President as Executive Assistant to include diary management, travel bookings and travel arrangements, expenses, arranging meetings, etc
•    Support the BL Operations Management and their teams where administrative support is required, e.g. Recruitment; Travel; Coupa; Master Control; IT Assist; etc
•    To support the Business Line Management team in deploying department strategies
•    To assist with ad-hoc projects/support for the BL MRL Management team i.e. Business Excellence Operations improvement projects, customer project related coordination activities i.e. DHR administration
•    To provide effective communication to the business line in the administration of the department including coordination of monthly reporting
•    To coordinate IT equipment/telephony for new starters/leavers (IT Assist)
•    To coordinate and distribute radiation badges for the department as required
•    To coordinate and track facilities requests
•    To maintain records for accrued leave/overseas allowance/holiday/overtime/attendance reports 
•    To maintain and update departmental mailing groups 
•    To arrange couriers/DHL
•    To arrange and attend department meetings
•    To represent the department as WPC (Work-Place Champion) for monthly Cornerstone meetings.

RELEVANT KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES - 

 

•    Proven executive administrative assistant
•    Documented business/industrial experience
•    Strong interpersonal skills.
•    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
•    Demonstrated ability to work on own initiative
•    Prepared to learn new skills and adapt to changing environment
•    Good localisation skills and experience
