Four Angel Care Ltd is a bespoke Specialist Supported Accommodation service for Young People aged 16-18 years old where there are concerns of Child Sexual (CSE) and Child Criminal (CCE) Exploitation. Our service is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable young people.

Requirements for the position:

Essential:

QCF Level 2/3 or equivalent in Children and Families and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential or supported accommodation setting.

Enhanced DBS

Safeguarding Level 2

First Aid

Car Driver – business insurance, valid MOT and Tax

Be required to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service and to undertake shift work including early shifts, late shifts and weekends.

Desirable:

Level 2 Food and Hygiene

Health and Safety

CSE qualification

Fire Safety

Support Worker Role and Responsibilities with our Young People as follows:

· Keep the young person safe, support them to achieve their full potential.

· Attend meetings and appointments

· Transporting young people to and from agreed destinations

· Complete key working sessions

· Obtain their wishes and feelings

· Accurate recording keeping

· Completing daily and weekly logs

· Other admin tasks as requested by the Director, HR and Team Leader

· Complete risk assessments.

· Support various activities

· Cooking and cleaning duties of the house

. Encourage Independence

· Be creative with new ideas and work independently

· Work with families, foster carer’s and other professionals

· To Support our young person on their journey to recovery.

Rate of Pay:

Rate of £9.00 per hour for the first 6months.

Sleep in rate is £42.00 per night.
