Job Details
Sam’s Gutters are specialists in gutter cleaning, repairs and replacements, roof cleaning and roof repairs of residential and commercial properties.
We are an established business and currently expanding, providing an opportunity for someone to join our fun and friendly office based team.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Liaise with customers via incoming telephone calls and email, ensuring that a professional level of customer relationship is established and maintained
- Calculate prices, prepare and submit quotations to customers for the services we provide
- Liaise with the customer and schedule the work for our technicians working in the field
- Up-date and maintaining accurate records on the CRM system
The environment is fast-paced and applicants must be able to multi-task and feel comfortable working in a busy office environment.
You will have a really positive attitude, be reliable and enthusiastic, have an outgoing personality and enjoy interacting with customers in person and on the telephone.
The ideal candidate needs to be somewhat computer literate, have good communication skills and fluent in English, both spoken and written and willing to learn.
We offer training and a stable and long-term position for the successful candidate, with opportunities to progress within our growing company.
Standard vacation, pension etc. arrangement
- Weekly wage £187.50 - £300.00
- Working week Monday to Friday, 09:00am to 5:30pm, with 1 hour for lunch
- Expected duration 15 months
