Are you an aspiring Chartered Accountant?
Our client, a passionate and thriving firm based in Brighton & Hove are seeking an ambitious Semi-Senior Accountant to join the team. This excellent opportunity would be fantastic for someone looking to grow within the business.
Duties include:
- Preparing and submitting stat accounts for a selected client portfolio
- Preparation of business and personal tax returns
- Preparation and reviewal of VAT returns and submitting to HMRC
- Liaising with clients to solve financial and compliance queries
- Attending client meetings
The ideal candidates background will include:
- Studying towards and Accountancy qualification, nearly / AAT Qualified or early stages ACA or ACCA
- Proven experience working within an accountancy firm
- Progressive mentality
