Apprenticeship summary

  • Working week: Monday-Friday 9.00am-5.30pm with 30 minutes lunch break. You may be required to work some weekends.
  • Total hours per week: 40.00
  • Expected duration :18 months
  • Possible start date: 22 May 2021
  • Apprenticeship level: Intermediate Level Apprenticeship

Vacancy description

Your duties will include:

  • Building relationships with weekly telesales Out Bound customers, being a regular point of contact
  • Ability to convert incoming calls to planned Out Bound calls
  • To ensure high standards of customer service, taking and inputting orders efficiently and accurately
  • To have a clear and personable telephone manner
  • Take ownership of solving customer issues through pro-active customer service
  • To promote the sale of LWC Drinks own brand products
  • To retain strong relationships with account amnagers, helping them in acquiring new business and work on composite selling to customers on their areas
  • To promote from our promotional brochure and up sell specific drives
  • Understand the need to target specific customers with products that are relevant to them
  • Be responsible for certain administration duties within the office; confirmation, sorting the post, filing, processing orders etc.

Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

We are looking for someone who has the following skills:

  • Microsoft Excel for spreadsheets and records
  • To learn to use the 'Trinity' system
  • Confident to use the telephone in an open office environment

Personal qualities

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is able to work as part of a team
  • Is able to communicate clearly and confidently
  • Has the ability to build a positive professional relationship with customers
  • Is keen to develop their product knowledge

Desired qualifications

GCSE Engliah and maths at Grade 4 or higher would be an advantage.

Future prospects

We are keen to develop our apprentice into a high performing member of the team and that on successful completion of the apprenticeship they will remain with the company.

Training

Training provider: EAST SUSSEX COLLEGE GROUP

Training to be provided

Your apprenticeship will be delivered wholly in the workplace without the need to attend college as your tutor/assessor will visit you in the workplace on a regular basis.  The apprenticeship will develop your skills, knowledge and behaviours in order to become a successful Customer Service Practitioner.  the programme will be completed by you successfully passing your End Point Assessment which will include the presentation of a showcase of evidence of learning; a practical observation and a professional discussion.

You may also have English and maths included in your programme.

The programme is expected to take 18 months to complete.
