Are you an experienced Band 5 Staff Nurse looking for a career development opportunity, or a current Band 6 Senior Nurse/Ward Sister looking for a new challenge?

The Leslie Smith Ward at Bognor Regis War Memorial Hospital is a busy intermediate care unit looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Nurse/Ward Sister to be part of our excellent and friendly multidisciplinary team.

The ward primarily specialises in rehabilitation, but we also care for patients with high care needs, people with dementia, and those requiring end of life care. The patients who come to Leslie Smith are predominantly elderly clients who are from the surrounding areas.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced nurse with an interest in elderly care medicine and rehabilitation. The post holder will be responsible for managing the ward and patient care, staff supervision and development, mentoring students and supporting the Ward Manager. In return we can offer you:
