Customer Service Apprenticeship Greater Brighton Metropolitan College

You will be working in the Apprenticeship team based in Broadwater, Greater Brighton Metropolitan College (the MET) completing basic administration duties, helping applicants, and supporting the Apprenticeship team.

This will include:

  • Dealing with enquiries – face to face, email, and telephone
  • Updating information on the website and student record system
  • Helping customers that come into the Student Centre, acting as a ‘welcome point’

Safeguarding Children and Vulnerable Adults:

The College has a statutory and moral duty to ensure that it operates with a view to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people studying at the College. The post holder will be required to commit to the College child protection policy and promote a safe environment for children and young people learning within the College.

Desired qualifications

GCSEs at grades A*-C/9-4 (or equivalent) in maths and English are desired. 

Alternatively, successful applicants will be undertaking Functional Skills in maths and English as part of the apprenticeship with Greater Brighton Metropolitan College.
