Weekly wage - £150.00 Working week - Monday - Friday Various starts and finishes between 8.30am - 6.30pm.

Total hours per week: 30.00

Expected duration - 12 months

Possible start date - 05 Jul 2021

Apprenticeship level - Intermediate - Level 2 (GCSE)

The role we are advertising for is a receptionist. This involves a wide range customer service skills, including welcoming patients, identify their needs/queries, and triaging those needs appropriately ensuring that their enquiries are dealt with efficiently and courteously to a mutual satisfaction.

They will also provide administrative help to patients, clinicians, health service professionals and other colleagues. The candidate will be working in a challenging but positive and supportive environment. At the end of their apprenticeship, they will be well equipped to work in any office or customer service role.

Things to consider

The National Minimum Wage for Apprentices is £4.30 per hour. This is the legal minimum pay per hour applying to 16-18-year-old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their apprenticeship. For apprentices 19 or over who have completed their first year and are continuing their apprenticeship, the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies.
