Apprenticeship in Business Administration
This role involves working with our Customer Support Team and providing 1000’s of businesses across UK & Ireland first-class Customer Support across our services undertaking typical Business Administration responsibilities.
Weekly wage - £184.80 to £356.40
Working week - Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Total hours per week - 40.00
Expected duration - 24 months
Possible start date - 19 Jul 2021
Apprenticeship level - Advanced Level 3 (A level)

This role involves working with our Customer Support Team and providing 1000’s of businesses across UK & Ireland first-class Customer Support across our services including Web Design, SEO, Social Media Marketing, and all other forms of Digital Marketing, as well as undertaking typical Business Administration responsibilities. Working towards the Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship Standard.

What will you be doing?
- You will be one of the main contacts for our customers, answering inbound calls and emails.
- Keeping in touch with our current customers throughout the year to provide customer service
- Processing payments and sending our new customers welcome packs
- Updating key client information across various applications
- Providing general Administration where required
- To undertake any other reasonable duties as required
- Updating CRM
We’re always on the phone so you need to be confident in speaking to different people and handling certain situations in a calm and appropriate manner.

Greater Brighton Metropolitan College (MET) was created from the merger of City College Brighton and Northbrook College Sussex. It is the college for our City and our region and draws on 150 years of heritage, history and experience.
