Job Details

Fixed term contract until 31/07/2022

20 hours per week, full year.

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to work at our central Brighton Campus with the requirement to work at times at our Worthing and Shoreham sites.

The post-holder will report to the Head of HR and will be accountable for:

  • Providing specialist technical support and advice on all employment matters, conditions of service to line managers and staff including restructures and termination of employees contracts.
  • Developmental project work and providing further support to the team as required.
  • Complying with College wide policies and procedures

This will be a multi-site role and will support case work on all 5 GBMet sites.

Interviews will be held on the 7th July 2021.
