Vacancy description
You will be working under supervision and the day to day tasks would include:
- Install electrical services (e.g. wiring systems, lighting, sockets, fire alarms, emergency lighting & heating controls)
- Read and understand engineering drawings, wiring and circuit diagrams
- Inspect and test electrical installations
- Diagnose and rectify faults on a range of circuits and equipment
- Use small hand tools such as hammers, saws, screwdrivers etc.
- Operate electrical tools such as chopsaws, grinders, combi drills, impact drivers etc.
- Install the systems needed for wiring and cables such as brackets and containment
- Lay, pull and string cables

- Some knowledge of Electrical (Ideally maximum 2 years at college, would suit 2nd year student studying Electrical)
