Carpenter Based Multi-Trade Operative

(Full-time, full year)

The post holder will carry out a range of multi-skilled tasks covering the following trades: Carpentry, Decorating, Brickwork, Plumbing, Plastering, Ceramic Tiling, Drainage works and Roofing.  The post holder must be able to work with heavy loads within manual handling Regulations.

This successful candidate will have City & Guilds Certificate or NVQ Level 2 in relevant trade, or equivalent and be able to competently carry out a full range of carpentry and other repair work.
